Ted was born in Monroe, Michigan, in 1948. He received both his bachelor's degree (B.S., 1970), and his Juris Doctor (J.D., 1973), from the University of Illinois. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1971. He was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1973. Ted is a member of the Iroquois County and Illinois State Bar Associations.

Kay was born in Freeport, Illinois, in 1959. Kay received her bachelor's degree from Illinois State University (B.S., 1981), and her Juris Doctor from John Marshall School of Law (J.D., 1984). Kay was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1984. Kay is a member of the Iroquois County Bar Association.

Mark was born in Bloomington, Illinois, in 1950. Mark received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Chicago (B.A., 1972; M.B.A., 1973). He received his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law (J.D., 1977). Mark was admitted to practice in Illinois and Minnesota in 1978. He is also admitted to practice before U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. He served as the Iroquois County State's Attorney from 1995 - 2000. Mark is a member of the Iroquois County (President, 1991-95) and Illinois State Bar Associations.
